Best bank I've been to

This is the closest branch to my work so out of convenience I go often, however I constantly have an issue. I have two separate business account and even when I fill in the deposit slip with the appropriate business name, somehow they manage to deposit the money into the wrong account. Last week I wrote on a deposit slip the amount I wanted cashed out and the amount I wanted deposit. Trustingly I left the bank and didn't count the money. ( was sick and was in a hurry to get home.) I later received a phone call from the teller telling me that she made a mistake. She gave me the amount that I wanted deposited and needed me to come back. Due to distance I told her just switch the amounts on the slip. She said that she would. No big...I was okay with that solution, and trusted that all would be fine. But to my surprise when she made the deposit it was placed in the wrong account that causes one of the accounts to go negative! I had previously spoken to the branch manager about these careless mistakes, so I was even more shocked that this was now the 3rd incident. I am at a lost for words and feel so disappointed. I would hate to think that this happens to everyone but it is unbelievable to think that is is just my luck!!!

Good location. Superior customer service, always recognized within three steps in the door, and services equal to or better than some large, downtown city banks.

Highly uneducated in banking service, Slow in customer service and unapologetic with their customers... This was the only branch where 'courtesy' was not in the manager's dictionary!

I came to this branch to reverse an overdraft fee that was placed on my account. Sam, one of the bankers, assisted me with this issue. It was nice to see someone who could relate to the diverse Asian cultures that readily come into this bank (middle eastern, Asian, Indian, etc). He made me feel welcomed. He listened to my issue, provided some insight, and reversed my overdraft fee within 5 minutes. Most bankers I usually deal with are all about SELL SELL SELL. They always try to sell you something after they take care of you and next thing you know, 30 minutes later, you're signing up for a credit card that you don't even need. Wells Fargo needs more people like Sam because he genuinely understands what their consumer wants. He provided some insight about getting a credit card, but I respectively declined. He dropped the issue right then and there and continued to walk me out the door like a true professional. He didn't sit there and continue to sell and gouge this credit card down my throat. He understands that if a customer wants something, they will come back for it. It's all about building the relationship (which Sam did very well at). Bankers could take some notes and value points from this man. Very stand up guy.
