Had a good time customer service experience at drive time. From the moment they walked in, the staff was friendly. Cori who was my sales person was really helpful as she helped me find the vehicle I wanted and answer all my questions to my satisfaction.

Cori has been nothing but AMAZING. The first time I walked in she was so committed to helping me find exactly what I wanted. When I told her I was hit and my car was totaled she was kind enough to ask me HOW I WAS AND IF I WAS OKAY! Common courtesy, BUT a lot of people don't ask about your well being anymore, they just get straight to business. That was huge for me because I work in a service oriented industry and if we don't ask our customer about their well being we can really lose our clients trust. She bent over backwards to help me find something I wanted. When I couldn't didn't she gave me her card and told me to send her a list of cars I wanted and she would do everything in her power to help me find the perfect car to replace the one that someone totaled when they hit me! When she did the walk around to check the vehicle she let me sit in the car as she had me test the lights etc and she walked around outside because she understands customer service. It was freezing outside and it was highly appreciated! She's been great. Very committed, friendly, thorough, expedient and kind. The entire team here at this location is VERY FRIENDLY and professional! They are amazing and this is why they have so many awesome reviews. Ask for Cori, you won't be disappointed.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Cori Davis was the representative that helped me, and she was absolutely fabulous!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and intuitive. This was my first time buying a car and I had no clue what I wanted. After a few questions we picked 4 cars to look at. Cori recommended the Ford Fusion and she was absolutely right! DriveTime was by far our best car buying experience!! The sales associate, Cori Davis, was so patient and considerate. She helped us work all of the numbers out just right even though my husband and I both have pretty low credit. She also helped us look at about 8 different cars and talked about different features until we narrowed it down to the 3 that we test drove.
