Despite what their main branch door says, their lobby is never open on Saturdays, and seriously, what kind of respectable financial institution doesn't have lobby hours on a Saturday? They have 7 different locations. You'd figure that their main branch would at least be open on a Saturday. Some of us have jobs to work at during the week, unlike these people! I'll be closing my account soon, but I might have to schedule a day off to do it!

I was a member for 10 years. I was having troubled times and they would do nothing to help me. They closed they basically just closed my account and would not help me in anyway. I would never recommend or suggest this bank to anybody.
