Wright Pawn & Jewelry in Houston, TX

Today was the first time I had ever used or been in a pawn shop. I had visions of what they were like but this pawn shop was amazing! Andrew helped me and was very professional, made me feel comfortable and was pretty humorous too! :) I will most certainly be going back and refer all of my friends as well. I definitely got some good vibes from the whole staff! Thanks for a great experience!!

I recently purchased an engagement ring at this shop. Lee was very helpful in answering my questions, and made the experience of selecting and purchasing the ring very smooth. They also have a jeweler who resized the ring for us. All in all, a fantastic shop.

Bought a Rolex Submariner ceramic recently. Great service and price. Liz and Jack were very friendly and kind and gave me a nice deal on it for my first Rolex ever. I had a ton of questions, and they answered them all for me. Feels great to save a lot of cash off the retail, as I was about to pull the trigger on the new one at the Rolex Galleria store already. No hesitation here to ever buy another watch from Wright Pawn.

Despite what others had to say about their experience, mine was horrible. The first red flag was the guy who waited on me weighed all my gold together. The second was that the loan he offer was much lower than the subpar or low end pawnshops found in lower income neighborhoods. I was offended more there than this high end jewelry/pawn shop. After the guy insulted my intelligence, I told him this was a very low offer considering the upscale shop that it was, he just gave a sheepish grin and said come back when you have more. I just looked at him and wander........and walked out. Let me add several years ago I spoke to Pamela wright by phone and we discuss her buying my baby grand piano. We spoke st length several times.....once she saw me, she gave me the run around and hundreds of excuses.
