Wells Fargo Bank in Houston, TX

The manager Ashley is always very nice and goes out of her way to help me and other customers there! I will continue to bring my business to Wells Fargo!

I understand how assistant manager Garland Carter might rub some people the wrong way, but he salvaged a putrid experience at this branch. Bankers were unhelpful and unsympathetic, but Mr. Carter's pro-customer, no-nonsense style resolved my issue. I highly recommend seeing him immediately if you need to bank here.

BE AWARE!!!!! OF THIS BRANCH I went today to this branch from drive true commercial lane to make deposit and it turn out they lost my debit card and my Driver License i end up waiting for hours and they keep saying WE DON'T HAVE IT. I went inside to talk to the store manger and here she is coming ASHLEY FLOWERS as she entering to the office she asking me whats going on? I was like you know whats going where is my card and my Driver License? she was like we look everywhere we couldn't find it. I ask her what you can do about it she said nothing we could do about it. Now how you can trust this people with your money.

I WENT TO PAY MY CAR LOAN AT THIS BRANCH. I PAID WITH MY DEBIT CARD. STUPID TELLER COULDNT TELL ME THAT MY BANK WAS GOING TO CHARGE A $10 JUST TO USE MY DEBIT CARD. AT LEAST LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THERES GOING BE A FEE IDIOT. I WOULD JUST GONE TO MY BANKS ATM AND WITHDRAWAL CASH FOR FREE. WELLS FARGO THIS IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT WORK YOU, IT WOULD OF TOOK 2 SECONDS TO LET ME KNOW. Theres going to be a fee. It is ok? I just did it, is that hard?

I had an amazing experience with Garland Carter.. He was so nice and compassionate.. i was given a bad check which bank of America cashed for me after taking 3 days to review it. Only for them to pay me and after two days called me back to say its a bad check... then how didn't you find that out? They wanted me to pay the money back.. i went to the police and made an entry... i tried explaining to them that it was an online client that sent me the check..i didn't know it was a scam and i had gone to deposit the money in wellsfargo as i was instructed.. so BOA wrote me letters tellibg me how i was to pay the money back.. or i could go to wellsfargo and see if i could get help. At wellsfargo i met Mr. Carter who felt my pain and he swore to help me.. Few days later i gota call from him and he asked me to come to the bank.. He had tracked down the owner of the account i deposited themoney into.. And he was able to retrieve the money. He personally walked me to BOA to pay the money back.. thankyou so much Garland..
