Poor customer service, employees are unaware of there process & too lazy to find out so they will tell you anything. Phone system is crappy, doesn't work and hasn't for quiet some time now. They are aware, yet have refused to fix it. Paulina doesnt return phone calls. Very unprofessional.

You have a better chance of getting ahold of Obama than these people, they won't answer the phone no matter what!!!!

all I have ever tried to do is get someone on the phone.I usually get so tired of waiting and listening to a recording that I hang up after 15 - 20 min. Happens every time. We need to take our savings out of here and move to our regular bank BOA. The only reason we used this place was to get extra interest for putting our income tax check in a couple years back. It's not close so we just don't mess with it TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE

My parents and I have been on hold for a while each have been first, second, and third (the places rotate). It's like this every time we call. My father has even driven, while on hold, to the location and saw the workers gossiping. Promise credit union? Promise to keep you on hold until the end of their business day.
