PNC Mortgage in Houston, TX

We are now at the second push back for closing. My clients have already moved out of their home as we were told we would have the Clear To Close and close ON TIME. I will NEVER recommend this company nor recommend a seller accept a buyer's offer with this lender. The reviews online are terrible.

If I could put 0 stars I would this is by far the worst Mortgage Company . Please take your time and find a more reliable honest company to go to and save yourself the time and stress. I could go on an on about everything they have put me and my family through. How they are still around I have no idea, I wish I would have done my research first.

PNC is our new mortgage servicing company, and they are terrible. If you want to make a mortgage payment online, it costs $7.00. It is as if you are being fined to pay them! They also sent us a coupon book to mail in coupons and payment. What is this, 1980? Of all of the bills that I have, this is the only one that I have to physically mail them a check if I want to avoid the $7 fee to pay online. Their customer service is of the worst as well. I have nothing good to say about PNC. We'll be refinancing just to get away from them.
