Members Choice Credit Union in Houston, TX

No mistakes with this bank or you get charged $30 for every mistake. I just switched over and I definitely feel I made a mistake switching banks. I am not happy with the overdraft fees. This bank is making a killing off of its poor customers. Believe it or not, this bank is profiting off its customers. Policy my ass. I am not a happy customer. Im posting this to the reviews. Terrible. I think switching to this bank is a mistake. Don't do it.

Just moved from the UK and needed help to finance a car, Harry Satia was my loan officer and talked me through everything. worse company ever they don't help you at all. I had a car accident a young age of 22 someone totaled my car when they hit me I had a 93 lil old car that got me to and from work with no car note. I was in need of a car very bad to get top work so I purchased and I financed with them biggest mistake ever. my car is 09 with 103 thousand miles and they refused to re-finance and lower my payments of 440.00 I even written them 3 hardships letter showing them every single bill and pay stub I had that I don't make enough money for this car note at the time I simply begged them to lower payments to at least 260 for only 3 months just to give me some slack to catch up and be current. they denied me and said that if I pay the 440 on time for 3 months then MAYBE they will reconsider -_- wow. so I woke up this morning and my car was taken and I walked to work. sad I offer to 100 bucks here and there and I try to pay the remaining balance on my pay dates each month. I only get paid 2 times a month and I was doing the best I can. I cried and begged them over and over. don't recommend this place to anyone please really think before you come here. and simply because life happens u get in a runt sometimes and it may require some time to get out of it. these ppl will not work with you.

i am a very happy costumer with this Bank. My first loan car was in 2013 got a 25k without requesting much info. (very little down payment since i didn't have much credit history). I paid off this loan in June 20016. Late September I decided to get a new Truck. NO down payment required this time, got approved for 35K. If you need a Loan this is the place to go. Also Don't forget to ask for Harry Satia. very knowledgeable guy and always willing to help. Thanks to Harry i was able to get a 2014 Toyota Tundra,. I love this bank again. Thank you Harry.
