This bank is crooked and apparently takes the expedited funds availability act however they see fit. If you deposit two checks on the same day they only give you the $200 dollars for ONE check. I have also experienced excessive hold times in the past. Something funny about this bank! Worst decision ever to bank with navy federal. They are almost as bad as BoFA!

I found a credit union call Advancial. Look it up on google. Spanish representative (J.R.) from Houston is amazing, I'm a foreigner and no other bank/ credit union could assist me without having a social security number or any U.S. credit history. He was able to provide me banking accounts, auto loan and a credit card with low rates. I will refer him to my friends, family and colleagues.
