Worst customer service of any financial institution I've ever been to! They wouldn't change a 20 or service shared branch in the drive thru! Now they have completely stopped servicing shared branch! Go elsewhere!

Been a customer since October. Great rates, nice people. Got a car loan for like 4% interest. I will be moving all of my assets and loans to Frost at the first availability for the following reason: Having traveled to Austin, their broken flaw prevention algorithm locked out my credit card. I found out when I tried to fill my nearly empty tank to go home. Called the number on the back of the card, offices closed after 2 on Saturdays. Called their hotline to India, was told they have no access to credit cards etc, will only have recourse on Monday when they're open again. Now trapped in another city considering a wire transfer from helpful friends. Call me shortsighted for allowing myself to depend on a single bank/debit card, but the whole reason I went with a credit union was to avoid having a credit card at all. Now I see my mistake - do not expect to find much in the way of common sense with this institution. This comes from their same fraud prevention software that will automatically call you approximately 2-3 times per hour for 6 hours if you incorrectly put your zip code in at a gas station or pin wrong in at a grocery store. It'll ask you over the phone for your zip and last 4 of your social security number each time. I tried putting in fake info because it seems like obvious phishing, and it just goes quiet, so god knows, maybe they've even got some rapscallion hacker collecting personal info off their customers.

This has to be the WORST JSC Branch of all. Employees lack the knowledge necessary to do business. Worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Best credit union ever. Employees are always helpful.
