Very archaic banking system with atms that will take your deposit, without giving you a receipt. Scary, right? So you call the bank the next day, and oh boy, Eileen. Speaking to her in the office on 249 was A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. She gave me an answer though. She said I'd need to wait until after 4pm to find out IF IF IF THEY FOUND MY DEPOSIT, that I made the night before. That I would be required to call them back to see if it was found, and even after asking for a courtesy call WHEN/IF they found it, SHE SAID NO. Then she proceeded to tell me she would look for my deposit, by saying, "ok. I'll check on your deposit, but don't get mad if it holds up your money." Why would it, i asked? She refused to answer. You NOT TRYING TO FIND MY MONEY IS GOING TO HOLD IT UP, MORE THAN YOU LOOKING FOR IT? MY money deserves immediate attention, like EVERYONE ELSE. I'm quite certain that if all of Eileens money was stuck in their atm, the problem would already be fixed. So her advice was, wait until 4 and see if it appears. REALLY EILEEN???? WAIT AND SEE IF IT SHOWS UP IS HOW YOU TREAT MY MONEY? The minute the atm machine ate my deposit, it became your problem too. You did not help me at all, and my money is still lost. Not cool. At all.

Paid off an auto loan. We were told we will receive our vehicle title in 10 business days. Even called them to double check. Given the same answer. More than 2 weeks passed. Never received the title. Wanted to sell the vehicle and were unable to do so. After 3 weeks we called again and were told the person responsible to send us our title never did it. It was sitting in this branch all along. Called the supervising manager who promised to get back to me after finding out what really happened. Multiple weeks have passed. Still await his call. Didn't give one star because 1 individual we have interacted there is a nice person. Otherwise, in my experience, right hand doesn't know what the left is doing (or not doing).

It's a bank that has helpful people in there. But like any bank, be aware. Don't complain for being too lazy to walk inside and get your matters taken care off in person. Drive thru is ok, but don't use the atm machine to do deposits!
