Sent letter saying refinance Application was approved . Then they collected my 500.00 for appraisal. Then they came back and wanted a bank account showing at least 5,000.00 in it. They should have stated that in the beginning. What a waste of my time and money. Will not ever refer anyone to Flagstar bank for anything.
