First Community Credit Union - Spring Branch in Houston, TX

I've been using them for 4 years. They've been nothing but helpful and nice to me. I've never had a problem with them.

I have been with them for decades. I have always experienced nothing but top drawer service.

They do a very nice job helping but I don't like that they closed the customer service section

#1 This is not a bank, it is a credit union and I've had nothing but good service from them. All their tellers are very polite and professional and seem ready to help you.

While doing business with FCCU for 15 years for both personal and business, I have had mostly positive experiences. Every now and then, as in with any organization, I come across things that just don't make sense like what cars they don't finance or how challenging it was to find someone who knew how to add a dba name to an account under and LLC name. But, even through those annoyances, people at the 4 different branches I worked with have always been courteous and gone the extra mile. They have services that a lot of other credit unions don't have like deposit by mobile phone. Especially in Spring Branch, you feel like you are working with a local bank.
