your auto phone system stinks. I tried and tried to get a real live person to speak to and it never happened. I thought I had found bank with a home town. Why can't I phone a local branch and talk to someone? Charles Goodson

Needed documentation regarding a loan. I was told everything regarding my account was wiped from their system. It had been less than a year since closing my loan. I was literally laughed at by the bank personal. Didn't catch her name but she works the front desk. It's unfortunate she finds it funny when military personnel have financial issues.

Friendly staff. Always a nice visit with them.

They only hire millennials there with no value system whatsoever and no professionalism. One teller there pulled my account and made facial gestures and said, "oh wow man". They goof off too much and gossip about customers. They need to clean house and start over!

Worst bank to bank with getting a hold of a banker is a joke. The phone system that is set up with does not get anyone. I believe the only reason I went with the bank was an extra acct because of the Texans promotion. Had issues while out of town could not get a hold of a banker to solve my issues. If there is a way to give this bank some negative stars they would be a -10. Each banker in person have their own way of solving issues which is different from another banker. Only bright star at the branch has been Andrew he has help me out twice.
