I work for a Staffing Agency and I had called Factor Funding to obtain information on whether or not they would fund direct-hire and contract invoices. I asked to speak to a sales rep for the company in which a very unpleasant lady replied that he was not in. I then proceeded to ask her if she could answer a simple question and before I could finish my question I heard a HUGE sigh from her. I asked if this was a bad time or if I was bothering her and she then proceeded with an ill tone"I have 10 lines ringing and you are bothering me." She rambled on for a few more seconds before she hung up on me. I was in disbelief that a company whose website states the following, "We know you have many choices when selecting a funding company and the program has to be the right fit for you, which is why we have called your attention to our program highlights in which we take great pride to provide valuable assistance to help you assess, compare, and decide if our program is the right fit for you, as it has been for many individuals and businesses across the U.S. Why would you want to go anywhere else with all these benefits of Factor Funding?", would give such rude, undeserving customer service to a potential client seeking one answer. WOW. I would NEVER choose this company to factor any invoices if customer service has already proved to be this distasteful before I can even get one question out. To answer your question to why anyone would go anywhere else besides Factor Funding is simple, because you have poor quality in customer service. If anyone knows anything, a first impression is crucial in any decision making process. I am dumbfounded at the moment.
