This has been the worse banking experience EVER!!!!! I can not seem to grasp why it is so hard for me to get my own damn money or even talk to an actual person on the phone. Going in to one of the Houston locations was an overall ok experience because the teller was nice even though she couldn't answer any of my questions!!

Haven't been a member quite 1 month and already experienced horrible customer service. I wish I would have done my research before I signed up. It will either get better or I'll find the right one.

The teller is nice... But can someone explain to me why it is I can't withdrawal my own money. This bank is like 20-25 minutes from my house. I go into the bank to withdrawal my money and they said they can't.. Excuse me! Why not? That's my money and I am entitled to withdrawal it and how much of it I want when I want. I will definitely be looking for me another credit union to bank with, smh

Do NOT bank here! Sure the interest rates look compelling but they'll charge you fee on top of fee on top of fee and it will make that 6% interest rate more like 11-13%. It's a scam! They'll also take days and days to apply your payment to your account so that the interest is accrued for those days! They're stealing people's money!
