My experience with Catalyst Funding was superb! From the moment I acquired my property to closing was a smooth transaction. The Title company they work with are extremely knowledgeable for closings with investors and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I would highly recommend Catalyst and look forward to working with them again in the near future!

Terrible organization they don't care about client satisfaction they are only concerned with the bottom line and they don't mind creating another homeless veteran in the process. Less than and hour after signing my contract I received some unfortunate news regarding the home I'm currently residing in therefore I will not be selling my home due to the fact that it will possibly have to be my primary residence. I spoke to Wade and explained my situation regarding the cancelation of my intent to sale. I text Wade and rejected the contract offer on September 30, 2016 again less than an hour after signing the contract. Wade asked me to call him I did we spoke about my situation in its entirety he then offered me the option to extend the contract I declined to do so because I have know idea when I will be able to sell my home considering I may lose my primary home and would not be able to rent due to the foreclosure I may be facing and it would be hard to even rent because of the hit my credit will take during the foreclosure. Wade said he understood. On October 6, 2016 Wade texted me and asked me to call him regarding my property and stated it was urgent. During the call he informed me that I was legally bound to sale my home to him. I informed Wade that I would not be selling my property and if he would like to continue to contact me regarding my obligation to the contract then he could speak to my attorney. Further more I never received and executed copy of my contract nor did I receive any earnest money. Wade state that the earnest money was in the mail although we never agreed to that and I never gave Wade my primary home address so there is no way he sent anything. Lastly due to the fact that I contacted Wade in less that and hour after my circumstances changed and I was no longer able to sale. Wade had not even made it to his second appoint therefore he did not lose any money, listing cost, inspection fees or earnest money due to the cancelation of the deal for my property. I never received a copy of the fully executed contract until today 6 days after I requested cancelation.

We recently used Catalyst Funding as our Hard Money Lender for a rehab project. The overall experience was excellent. They were willing to sit down and discuss not only this project, but our long term investing goals. Their lending application process was relatively easy, they provided all relevant information regarding the loan and fees, the loan was provided in a timely manner, and the repair draw process was also easy. We have used other lenders before which had hidden expenses and made repair draws difficult, but working with Catalyst demonstrated they are a superior lender. Look forward to working with them again.
