Donnie It didn't amaze me that my mortgage was transferred to another mortgage account. No big deal. Trying to get my taxes done and needed a copy of interest paid to Saxon. Called the office and was told to deal with customer service. Acceptable. Then was told they did't have a phone number. All contact had to be in writting. Now I am totally amazed. Customer service with no one to talk to. Couldn't get any better. Any one have any ideas how to get your interest statement.

Saxon is a Joke: I have an attorney that started putting pressure on them that they transfered my loan to Ocwen Mortgage. Ocwen is just as bad as Saxon in reading on the internet. Saxon had a lady send me a letter that she would be my advocate/worked for Saxon. I never got thru to her. Another advocate and then transfered mortgage. i don't even rate them any stars.
