This place is a joke the black mgr always trying to rip you off also makes you feel like you selling stolen stuff . He is Very unprofessional yelling at his employee who had made a mistake on the computer in front of customers. Will never stop in this run down place again. Way nicer pawn down altameer please believe me it's a shame thay use a name like doc holiday. Waste of time place junk is wats sold here ...........

Its better than most if you need a loan but it is hard to find someone to help you if your looking to purchase.

I have always had a pleasant encounter with the staff. They are cheerful,personable and knowledgeable of the items that you are getting a loan on or that you want to buy. The staff is has long term people that get to know you by name and treat you like a friend.
