Tried to get change for two 20 dollar bill because we are having a garage sale and was denied because i did not have an account. Since when is that policy?? You're a bank, thats what you do!!! If i thought about getting an account there this instance has changed my mind. Thank you Bank of America!

Terrible service! Walked in to this location to add my husband on my account and was told an appointment that was running late was on there way and if the didn't arrive in 5 minutes I would be next.... This is a first come first serve service so why am I waiting on another client that isn't even on time! I have been with Bank of America for 12 years and this is a first for me. Just moved to Keller and this location is right around the corner from me, but I promise you I won't be returning to this location.

Friday before Christmas and only two people working at counter? One at drive-thru and one at the counter. A line over a dozen people to make deposits is ridiculous. Poor management and planning.

Worst bank ever. There is always a huge line. It takes for ever to do anything at this bank. And there's always one teller. Was in the bank 1-30-2017 35 minutes to withdraw my money. One teller

I guess Bank of Americas new policy is if you walk in within an hour of them closing, you're not getting helped. Yet I saw others being helped who came in after me. Maybe its becasue I needed a notery and they needed a checking account? I used to work for Bank of America and this was never the policy. Times have changed and so will my bank in the near future.
