Mr. Roberto Gomez is a very unprofessional business person. He gives you one price on first appointment and then gives you another later. According to him, he will give you a better price if you use his wife, Mariel Garcia from Home Realty Company, as a real estate agent. When asked about getting a better price since his wife will be getting a couple thousand dollars off commission, he suddenly tells you that he is no longer interested in working with you. When he was asked why, his response was" he would rather not discuss the reason". Is it that you have a shady business or are you doing something illegal.? It would of been a win win agreement on both ends, but obviously he is only wanting your money yet he also wants his wife's commission. Beware of doing business with Mr. Gomez and Ms.Garcia.
