CSB-Creditor Services Bureau in El Paso, TX

Cost me time and money to clear this. It is an unethical business, my wife was accredited a debt from a different person with different Social security number and a different residential address, knowingly well of the interested person's address to which the debt account belonged, purposely assigned the debt collection to my home address having my wife a similar name. I questioned their motives, Mrs Lara denied having assigned my address to this claim account and blamed the source"El Paso Electric" for giving her the name and address information. I contacted El Paso Electric, they certified that at no time they pinned the Claim against my wife nor my home address, pointed that it was the doing of the CBS-Creditor Services Bureau on their own without feedback from El Paso Electric.

HORRIBLE I JUST CALLED AND OLDER LADYWAS RACISTS COMMENTS WAS COMPLETELY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND HUNG UP ON ME AND NOW SHE WON'T ANSWER MY CALLS AND I'M TRYING TO PAY MY BILL THIS IS RIDICULOUS SHE SAID I COULD NOT SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND HUNG UP SO NOW I'M CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! FURIOUS
