Wells Fargo Bank in Dallas, TX

They messed up our auto loan, and we are still paying for their mistake!

The tellers are polite but are easily confused. This is the only location that i go to that makes me fill out a deposit slip. I feel it is more because they have a hard time remembering amounts. When i ask them why they are the only one that makes me fill it out they seem to get offended and make it seem like it's my fault. The average time it takes for me to be taken care of at this bank is 15 minutes whereas it only takes my regular bank 5 minutes... This rating is based on my last 5 visits.

Me and my husband was trying to cash a check that was donate to us and we didn't know it was fake and they kept my ID my mom told her mom about it and she said they wasn't suppose to do that they suppose to give my ID back to me

The banker I dealt with here was quite helpful and took care of some account issues that arose due to confusion or lack of knowledge by a previous banker at another branch. None of this was rocket science, but the people seemed competent and helpful.

Poorly designed drive through/ATM and terrible location. Parking is rediculous during peak times and the ATM drive up has this silly turn, which by the markings on the side of the building tells ya it is silly!
