I was initially referred to Sharon and her team when in the market to buy a new home. During the process of getting this loan, it was apparent she was looking out for my best interest as she steered me towards loan that best fit my scenario. As time went by after the closing, the interest rates eventually started to come down. I reached back out to Sharon looking to refinance. Sharon explained to me that it didn't make sense to refinance at that time and identified the ideal interest rate for my scenario. Most recently, I was in the market for a home improvement loan. Sharon and I discussed what I was looking for and we bounced around some ideas. I was prepared to refinance in order to get a lower interest rate.
