Rob and his team, Steven and Kyle, did a great job. There are many moving parts to any home purchase and these guys kept me focused on what as needed and when. I know they have many clients and many many balls in the air at the same time, but always give you the feeling you are their most important. He made everything seem easy! My wife and I just completed our first home purchase from across the country! We were only able to travel to our new home on a few occasions given the distance. We were able to contact Rob through his website. From day 1 he was incredibly responsive. We got pre-approved, and Rob was very patient as we decided which home we wanted. The sellers had a tight one-month close timeline, but Rob and team were able to accommodate without an issue. Because this close date was so important to the seller, we were able to make a lower offer on the house. We sent a variety of documents up until the close date, but there was no stress. I definitely need to write a five-star review for Rob and his team! I had some issues with my loan officer and asked help from Rob. He and his team responded fast and were able to provide me some very competitive quotes. I feel bad eventually I couldn't switch to them, since there were already costs incurred with my loan company and they promised to fix all the problems. Definitely Rob provides the best service so far and no company is comparable! Thanks Rob, I will no doubt go to you for my next loan!
