I will never work with PrimeLending again do to one of their loan officers, Micheal Fooshee. He Over Promises, Under delivers, and BLAMES Everyone from the seller's agent, insurance agent, title comany, etc Very rude man.

Unfortunately I can't rate it any worst. This company still as of today has not sent me a Denial letter for a loan. Why would anyone do business with a company that you ask on January the 6th of this year for a loan, ask them when it would close you as an Agent, which is me working for my client, can not get any answers via Text, email, phone, have to drive to their office, still not get any real answers other than sorry on Feb 16th then amend the contract for a later date, and then call a week before that date in March 26th and still no am swears, drive to Corporate office talk to regional manager Tim West who has no idea what's going on at the time then informs me that they had not yet touched the application! Really, I know that it was a small deal but to my client it was going to be his HOME. Even those they are not that big of a bank, and are from West Texas I was hoping for a little west Texas hospitality. So next time you submit a loan please keep in touch and if you haven't received any info in a week or less do yourself a favor and move on to someone that truly wants your business
