Amazing customer service. This company goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable through out the entire loan process.

The fact that they have taken 176.66 out of my account to keep the loan open, and its not going towards the loan itself ... that is very very misleading. That was never explained to me... Im pretty sure when you apply there it will not be explained to you either... so you could be making 5 payments of 176.66 which equal out to 883.30 and none of that goes toward your loan that was to keep the loan open, and you will still have to pay that loan back that is crazy huh.

I've been with power finance since before they moved to the new location. they have always treated me like family and are always so welcoming and willing to help. i dont know what i would do if i didn't have them as a resource when times get hard

Girls at the office are nice. It was pretty busy that day, maybe a lunch hour rush. The process was quick and easy, and very easy to understand. My representative was very detailed in explaining my options on paying back the loan. I have been a client for more than 2 years now, and will continue using Power Finance, Stemmons location. Not sure why the other reviews are bad, its explained from the start that the loan is meant to be for a SHORT TERM. Payday loans should be used responsibly.
