I paid every payment 100% on time. After 1.2 years the car was totaled in an accident. Pegasus lost the check at their office for the full payoff amount and didn't bother to call me. Then they reported it as a delinquent payment hurting my credit even though I paid the full amount of the auto off. Say goodbye to my business and the 3 people I referred earlier in the year.

My husband works in the North Dallas area and the Pegaus location at Spring Valley and the Tollway is where we do most of our business. Terri at that office knows me by name, which is unexpected for a heavily populated area like Dallas. She has always provided excellent service.

Always helpful, know my name, I have my savings, checking and auto loan there. When my account was messed up by PayPal they were understanding and very helpful. (PayPal withdrew the same $900.00 transaction 4 times emptied my checking account and overdrew it by $930.00 by computer error. It took 28 days to get the funds returned.)
