I joined this credit union in March of 2010 and they have been wonderful to work with. It actually feels like small town banking in the big city of Dallas!..Very Impressed!

I have been with lone star credit union for over 20 years. They have not let me down once. I was an inactive user for a while. When I needed to come back after association with three other banks, who repeatedly let me down, Lone Star was there for me with open arms. Over the years I've had some down hardening incidents such as having my card stolen and other times, I've had some unauthorized usage from vendors after I discontinued their services. There are other incidences over the years, but I just wanted to make the point of being a satisfied customer through and through with all my banking needs. What ever the case, Lone Star handled it to my satisfaction. I just wanna say, "Thank you Lone Star for being you."
