Friendly and helpful staff, secure building, plenty of parking. I use it regularly and have always been satisfied. They also answer questions over the phone that can save you a trip.

It is close to my house and is a shared branch. But every time I come here I get a lecture on how I'm accessing my out of state account when I've been doing so with other banks for 2 years with no issues. The manager, i am assuming, is rude, presumptuious qnd needs customer servuce training. I've come here 3 times and each time the bank has a problem finding my account and rudely engages in what I've done wrong.
