Every time I tell the manager that you can not use your ATM card to enter the bank after they are closed, he says he hasn't heard of that before. I have said it myself 4 times and again this Saturday about 6:00pm it didn't work. Our medical practice is down the street, but I usually have to go to Cedar Ridge location for working ATMs

Poor customer service and very long wait time...need to spend atleast 30 minutes waiting in the queue....pathetic !!!

If I could put a negative 5 stars I would. This bank closes their drive thru and only had 3 tellers with a line of 20 plus people. Poor customer service and a long wait. Why dont they have more tellers when they obviously have a high volume of customers

This location need to be closed! They closed the drive thru and the service inside is so slow! I was first in line and had to wait 10-15 minutes!!!!!! Poor customer service and sadly it's Bank of America .. I think they deserve negative feedback
