AHC Lending in Dallas, TX

Great company!!!! I live in Texas and AHC is a Texas Lender... But they are a national mortgage lender for those of u outside of Texas. I used ahc to refinance my home and was wowed by their efficiency. Less than 30 days to close.

have used this Lender. I was working lady name Aliya Parsala. She does not have any experience. My home price was 420K. Property was in Houston and lender from Dallas. Lender denied loan after one month of time. This was very frustrating. Never trust guys. It costed me appraisal $470 and loss of credit check money. I filed complain with Dept Mortgage and lending. T

They denied a refinance for inadequate appraisal when the appraised value was 170% higher than the loan value, wasting my $450 appraisal fees, $100 condo association fee and their application fee. Terrible service and stopped responding once denied. We would not recommend to anyone. We worked with Aliya Parsala, who was completely unprofessional in not responding when denied. Would never work with these scumbags again.
