TURN BACK!... They'll take your payments all the way down to the last one remaining in your contract, then they'll breach that contract, & tell you that you have 8 more months of payments, yet won't produce ANY of this in writing. If you have any work done on your vehicle, make CERTAIN you get all the documentation from them. I requested all documentation having to do with the vehicle financed through Carisma Finance, & not once did any of my requests result in documentation of any sort. Everything they told me was verbal over the phone, other than the original contract I signed. My vehicle was serviced two times by them... The first time, they tell me the vehicle needs an engine rebuild, then they tow my vehicle to a location I'm told is restricted & confidential, & completely unaccessible, for a week and a half... Then I'm told I'm going to have to pay $3,000 for the engine rebuild, yet never gave me ANY thing in writing about this. I wasn't even able to choose where it was to be repaired. I didn't even give them permission to do any work whatsoever to the vehicle. When I picked to the vehicle, I was told my biweekly payments were going to increase from $170, to $200... And that this would continue until my last payment in May, 2016. They never once gave me ANYTHING in writing!!! No work invoices, itemized list of parts purchased and installed, documentation of labor hours... NOTHING! I had no choice but to pay them $200 every other Friday, or they would, and did... SHUT OFF MY VEHICLE REMOTELY... Resulting in lost wages, damage to my reputation, defaming my character for reliability, honor, and integrity, and anything else that resulted in negativity and embarrassment in my life in many ways. The "engine rebuild" was supposedly done by El Pino's Head Shop in Garland, TX. Looking them up on yahoo, or Google will give you a good idea as to the horrible quality work that they are infamous for...I wasn't even given a warranty on the work that was completed, and not only did the check engine light come on, and STAY on, 6 months after the "0 mileage engine - rebuild" took place, but there were hoses that were held together with ZipTies, that weren't connected to anything at all! So i spent from August 2014, to May 2016, paying more than I could afford, every other week, for service that I wasn't able to approve, or even know about, until after i received the vehicle back, and a service that was such poor quality, that a Master mechanic specializing in the particular make of the vehicle I was driving said that he seriously doubted there was any engine rebuild at all, whatsoever! Continuing forward, I then took my vehicle to be serviced by Big Daddy's/Simple Auto Finance/Dad's Garage, as agreed to per the terms of the contract, for the check engine light being on, which caused me to FAIL my Texas State Inspection, therefore being unable to have my Texas State Registration current, and up to date, only to have my vehicle kidnapped, and held for over a week and a half, until I heard ANYTHING from Dad's Garage. Then I was told that my vehicle needed a new transmission, and that it was going to cost me $2300 to get it done. I thanked them, but told them that the vehicle was drivable when I took it to get serviced, and that I'd like the vehicle back, and would get back with them regarding a new transmission at a later time. Then I was told they would call me back once it was able to be picked up. 9 DAYS LATER, I'm told that in order to pick up my vehicle, I was expected to pay $1400, for past repairs, and an additional $400 in payments (on a loan that I had paid every other week from September 2013, through the last payment date of May 2016, as stated in black and white in the contract), JUST TO BE ABLE TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP!!! NO WORK DONE ON IT, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT NO LONGER LIT UP, NOTHING EXCEPT A VERBAL RANSOM for the vehicle I so desperately need, the vehicle I have paid over $15,555+ for, the vehicle that is necessary to have in order that i can work and make money to support myself. A 2000 Lexus RX300.

I really love this place. I needed a car bad and they was the only ones willing to help me with not that big of a down payment . Hopefully everything continuities to go well with them :)

Run, run, run for your life. Do not get a car from these people unless you are desperate, have money to waste, like dealing with trash customer service, people who couldn't care less about you that just want to take your money! I wish I would have never heard of them before & now I'm stuck in a contract with the worse people I've ever done business with in my life! There is a very nice guy that works there by the name of Steve that I will not discredit, buy they girls that handle there customers will never allow you to get in contact with him!
