I came here asking for help on a loan they did not care to help, they made me feel as if I was so little, costumer service is important, people should be treated with respect, the loan officer" Dennys every help, for a loan on a house, when in fact I have 2 big savings accounts in this bank.. then I asked for a small loan, so I can build more credit, and still not enough, how am I supposed to build credit??. 719 was not enough for UFCU.. why people want to do business with this bank??.
