UFCU in Austin, TX

Love this bank. I have been banking here for over 20 years. They are friendly and hands on. Love the on line banking.

Worst bank ever. I try constantly contacting them about my horrible rates with car insurance and mainly my interest rate which is astronomical which they seem to always ignore. I feel as thought I am on a blacklist. Of course, not when 1 day late or 1penny missing from their monthly bills that continue to eat away at my funds. I used to do all my banking with them and were curteous and helpful and friendly. Not anymore. Better going with the convience of Chase or wells fargo, or even better, a true credit union. Instead of a wolf in sheeps clothing like UFCU has become last few years. Too much success = customers lose. Too bad.

Extremely disorganised bank. They make you put your name and info in a line queue only to randomly go up to people who are in line in no particular order, frustrating all of the folks who have been patiently waiting and then are confused when half of the customers abruptly leave.

I was waiting on account services to start helping me and one other persons in front of us..2 walks- ins can in and immediately the person started to help them first even though they DID NOT check in..

Absolutely useless place to go. This place isn't a bank, it's a social gathering, absolutely nobody was around to help me, there wasn't any staff available. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this establishment, totally unprofessional.
