I am so fortunate to have this as my credit union. They have helped me out in do many ways I can not explain it. When my ex totally screwed all my accounts the bank came to me and offered to help me fix it. They honestly assisted me in fixing everything and I am forever grateful. Thank you Danny in collections you save my life! I am forever grateful for the time you took with me and all the work you did!!!

I can't tell good enough about this credit union, I looked for a car loan for months, taking my credit score from 720 to 650 in the middle because of credit dings from car dealerships to other banks and credit unions. When my score was 660 I thought that nobody was going to lend to me, then the bank where I have my oldest account approved me, but with an >11% APR, then I was recommended to come to UFCU and I was approved with a lower than 3% APR, which I think it's a huge difference! From the first time the people in the branch (Matt) and the loans people over the phone (Ryan) were extremely helpful and made the things happen. I'm really thankful with UFCU and definitely looking forward to go through them for future financial needs.
