Horrible place to do service. EVIE the manager is a very rude person to deal with. I will get my loan paid and never do service with this place again and I will make sure to let everyone know how bad of service this place has.

The manager is very rude, talks down to ppl and makes you feel like you shouldn't get a loan if your can't pay at that time. I thought I was the only one week she talk to like this but obviously I'm not.

Toledo Fiance Corp. on Oltorf street location is the WORSE place I have ever been to where the customer service is TRASH! The WORSE place I have ever done business with. Evie, the manager is awful! She is rude, she interrupts you when are speaking to another associate and takes over. She talks down to people, humiliates people and down grades people too. I have see the way she treats people in her office, including myself. And I only went in three times. I was out of there! DO NOT GO THERE! DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HORRIFIC PLACE TO ANYONE!
