Not sure how everyone has had a good experience with Dawn. Since 9/12 I had an appointment with her over the phone and to date 10/21 it has been phone tagging. My actual realtor was the one who told me I was approved for the loan, but haven't heard any specifics from Dawn. Whenever I call they tell me they will take down a message and don't hear back until a week later. Kind of makes me wonder if she is difficult to be contacted how is it going to be when I actually want to close on a house. To be honest if you have the time to go to her office maybe then she will be available. Unfortunately due to may work schedule I am unable to go to her office and probably wont go. I've dealt with another Mortgage company that they where able to work with me over the phone and on weekends. - bad experience - First time home buyer

Our first meeting with Dawn was her hearing how frustrated we were with a clients file that had been given up on. Dawn explained that she really didn't see too much of a problem and was willing to work the file, It closed seven days later due to her tireless efforts and professionalism. I know if there is a way, she will find it. Dawn has an amazing team behind her, and that's why we recommend her as a lender without reservation.
