EZPAWN in Austin, TX

Called about a stolen bike , they told me after I file a police report that APD has access to there files. so can you tell me if you have received the stolen bike? no , okay well i wonder how long it will take APD to process my report and search through the database? it might get sold by then. not alot of help and most other pawn shops i have called were willing to check.

The people that work here are very friendly (Cindy: Manager, Aaron: Lead, Yoshio: Lead, Lucas, and Sonia). Cindy loaned me enough money for my rent even though the item I brought wasn't worth that much in any other pawnshop (trust me I checked around town) just because I was a new customer. This location also has the most unique musical inventory in Austin and great prices with layaway as well. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone in need of a great deal or some quick cash.

I love the people who work here. They are very friendly and helpful. This store has great deals and loan out decent amounts of money.

Cool place. I always pawn my laptops here just for storage, and have always had a good experience. I would recommend.

After shopping for good deals and finding them in pawn shops for well over 25 years, I encountered by second bad experience, if you can call it that. Last week. I saw an item for $9, indicated that I would be back after Christmas, returned today and the item is now $20. Not bad monthing anyone, but I won't shop this store again!
