Brad Cullipher Mortgage Group in Austin, TX

I dont usually write reviews but this mortgage company and their staff genuinely deserve it. I was referred to Brad by my agent. I honestly could not be happier. I'm sure everyone has horror stories about the process of buying a house and mine might seem small, but here it is. I worked closely with Brad and his associate Angela. We finished all of our documents very quickly and way ahead of scheduled when I was buying my house. That was until it came to the appraisal... more so the appraiser (appraiser is a third party randomly selected company/nothing to do with brads group). The appraiser took weeks to return our report and when he did so it had many mistakes and was not eligible for closing.. this was 3 days before closing and at this point we had to start talking about pushing back our closing... most stressful thing especially when the appraiser used the excuse of he is going to quit and that he has too much work, and will finish it when he gets to it... Angela from Brad's group stepped in and began communicating with the appraisers company and personally stayed on top of them and got the appraiser to fix the problems. Angela went above and beyond and made my closing happen. Literally down to the last hour!!!. I had Angela on the phone while I was signing closing documents as they were being printed!. Honestly she did everything she could to help us with our dream home. It didn't seem like we would get it due to having to push back closing because of the appraiser. Angela was always available for a phone call.. night or day... seriously, I called her at 9pm one night and she actually answered and was so willing to answer my questions and help me with my problems.. I highly recommend Brads group. And know that if you have Angela is in charge of your documents and making it happen.. she will do everything in her power to assure it! Thank you so much Angela!

Brad did an awesome job. He worked to get their rates lower than the local competitions, then helped expedite my re-finance as quickly as can be done due to some timing issues on my end. I was extremely pleased that he was able to accommodate and push his team to get to closing as quick as possible. Brad was courteous and looked out for my best interests, as well as informed me thoroughly of everything I needed to know. I will definitely be putting Brad at the top of my list for my next refinance!

I spoke to quite a few different Mortgage companies. When I spoke to Brad I instantly decided to go with him. He answered his phone right away, answered any question I had in a very timely matter. He was so on top of it. We bought our house when we were living in a different state. So we had a lot of questions and concerns. He put me at ease through the entire process. I would definitely recommend.

The team structure is AMAZING! I think it's great that someone is always available to help to assist my clients. The follow up is another thing that I really like, and the fact that my clients sometimes has the opportunity to close early. Overall this mortgage group is the best one that I have ever done business with! I never have to ask where we are in the process of closing, because I'm constantly receiving text and e-mails notifying me.
