Great place to help you get back on your feet for a loan. Rudy Ruiz was professional, very helpful, and fast with the loan. I would recommend this place for a small loan. Thanks Rudy for all your help I really appreciate you a whole lot. Manny Sepeda

It had been a while since I used them but when I returned they were very welcoming with great service. Fast service and made it very easy for me. The manager Rudy was very helpful as for his co-worker. They are awesome, loved the customer service!

Ok so i went online and did a lot of reviews on personal loan companies before i even decided to call Atlas Credit Company in Austin Texas. I read several great reviews about Rudy and the costumers being happy with there services so i said why not call them i need help so i can have the money to get my car fixed. I called and spoke to Rudy he was polite to me but i was trying to ask him the qualifications and he said you can do a application over the phone one minute please. So i waited until Diana got on the phone. The first thing that i asked her is if i do this application over the phone is this going to be a hard inquiry or a soft one? She told me a soft inquiry. I only wanted to do it over the phone if it was a soft inquiry because if it was a hard inquiry i wanted to go in person and fill out an application ask more questions and verify my income to them. She asked me about my income and several questions about me, such as amount of income, what did i have, food income, bills, ect.... I told her i am a Massage Therapist and i had verifiable income such as check stubs to show her and she never asked me anything about verifying that income. She told me i could call back in 30 minutes :/ which is strange i have never had a loan company tell me to call back they usually call you with the decision. Anyways i got of the phone feeling like that is strange she never even asked me if i had proof of my massage which had me worried about the decision since that wouldn't be enough income without it. So i waited about an hour called them back. Rudy answered and told me i am sorry your application was denied. I asked him if they added my extra income doing massage and he said no that it needed to be current. I just moved to Austin on the 3rd of December i don't have pay stubs here but i do in Houston Tx less then a month ago. Then i asked him to confirm this was a soft inquiry and he said no that its a hard inquiry. This really upsets me that a temp would tell me its a soft inquiry when its not!! Now i have a denied application on my credit when i am trying to work on my credit. Honestly i don't appreciate the treatment that i am getting from people lately. Not a very great impression on how Austin Texas is going to treat my family :( Stop trying to rush a application over the phone and take the time to listen to the customer and answer there questions. I don't feel that it is fair that i am told incorrect information and all my income wasn't considered. That's all i ask for is the same courtesy anybody else would want to be given. I also documented the call to verify.
