I have an account at TnQC and my experience there WAS exemplary until my recent visit 4/03/2017. The branch at 4219 Lebanon Pk. Hermitage Tn. As I entered, the guy whose always attended my needs was there, humble, polite and resepctful as usual so I approached him. As I requested a loan on my flex loan in the amount I'm eligible to borrow, some barefoot, (That's right Barefoot!) girl stops what she's doing and takes over the conversation and all transactions. She then tell me that I cannot get a loan beacuse it exceeds my pay. I ask how is that whereas at my previous job I was making 12.83 hr. now I'm making $15hr. She got loud while other customers were there disparaging my by asking "is it a temp service?" I informed her I dont do temps and she went on saying she need my pay stubs. After I presented that to her, she notated my net pay instead of my gross and said, "Now listen to this unmathly equations." my gross pay from the 12.83hr job is more that then that of the 15hr. and they dont input overtime. Huh!! I called other branches and they advised that I could get the loan and apologized but they shouldn't have to apologize for someone else professionalism. I will drive an extra 10 miles out before I go to that place again.
