The people at the branch are great. The 1-800 number I have to call on a Tuesday morning and wait 20 mins to get the Branch phone # is absolutely horrible. The lady that answered wanted all my info and was mad because I didn't want to give her my account # (which i don't even know and takes more of my time for nothing) put me on hold and transfers me to somewhere else. Then I had to get the # from the guy she transferred me to and he was wondering how i got transferred to him. The hole time I'm contemplating transferring all accounts and invest with another firm because it shouldn't be this hard to get a phone #.
