If I could give no stars I would. These two sloppy ass, arrogant, white bitches with HORRIBLE customer service, news to find another job or something. Soon as I approached the counter I immediately ripped the application and left. I could tell just by the way they looked at me, they're not really there to help anyone, If I wasn't so disgusted with them I would've asked for a corporate number.

You go there and you find out you need a ridiculous amount of paper work. Not to mention if you don't own checks (yes actually checks) you can't get a loan!

RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP EVER! I called ahead and she told me all I needed was my bank statement, proof of id, and a check book. When I came in (and it was a DRIVE from where I was) she needed a million other things and when I asked why she didn't tell me that on the phone she got smart and said I must have spoken with someone else. UM NO she was the only one working. Horrible experience, management really needs to get a better staff!
