Would rate this company a 0 if I could! Horrible company I had issue after issue with this company. The staff Trisha Gates in particular has no morals and clearly can't do her job right. The fact that that she was still trying to find DTI issues on my closing date blows my mind! I'm a young educated black woman with 2 bachelor's degrees and was treated with the upmost disrespect when I come face to face with that woman. I had a closing date of Jan 25 and for over a month i was told we were on tract to close and the day of closing instead of me signing paperwork to my new home I'm told "we have decided to decline you" because I had $400 deposited in my account from selling my couch! Yes I got declined a home because of selling my couch People! I ran into some many last Minute problems with that incompetent woman it's ridiculous. I would say more but my lawyers have advised me not to! Don't waste your time energy and money with this company you will end up in worst shape than what you originally started with. When Trump cuts FHA funding on the day before I'm supposed to close I ironically andmysteriously get declined in less than 8 hours but it took them over 3 weeks to review me for an approval I never got! I went with my bank instead and I got a better interest rate with less complications. In other words and believe when I say I NEVER say this .. don't waste your time with a bunch of racist pricks!

From the time I talked to the staff to the end of the process, it was nothing but professionalism and support. They were extremely kind and made this process a great one. They kept me encouraged and gave a rich amount of advice (that actually wasn't a part of their job description). They did that out of the kindness of their hearts.
