Accent Jewelers & Loans in Memphis, TN

Prior to going to Accent I read the reviews. Consequently, I was reticent, but I had a handful of jewelry I would never wear and thought whatever. I gladly give Accent 5 stars. Though they were busy, I was greeted politely, waited a minute or two and then Karen helped me. What a delight. I could not have asked for a more lovely person. Yes, she was professional, but very personable and we had some chuckles. Liz valued my gems and again, was very honest. Karen even introduced me to the owner who impressed me by knowing his business better than any other person I've come across in Memphis. Accent is a wholesaler and offered me prices accordingly. What I did 'sell' them was more than fair and I not only walked out with a gorgeous piece, they gave me cash as well.

I lost a diamond out of my wedding ring and took it to Accent. Everyone was friendly and professional. My husband and I were very pleased.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and most professional, made our experience a day to remember and we'll definitely keep coming back.
