I recently closed on a beautiful home in December. First time home buyer with needs that had to be met for my family as well as time not being on our side. I was told by a friend about Homes for heroes and Marissa and Margo. Short time after sending my application in I was contacted and things started right away for us. Scared and unsure of this whole process, these two along with Bobby Sanford my Realiter from Caldwell Bankers that the girls put me in contact with who is also affiliated with Homes For Heroes, were so patient, calm, positive, energetic, and right by my side the whole time. They really made things understandable and clear cut. No hoops to jump through. They helped make my stress turn into more positive thoughts and excitement! If I had not known about this program or Marrissa and Margo, and never been in contact with Bobby Sanford, our forever dream home would still be just that, a dream. I feel like I have two new sisters and a brother in my family who are wonderful and so awesome with people and extremely knowledgable in the whole buying a house process. I felt safe, I felt as though they genuinely cared about my family, I trusted them completely! Everyone I worked with was great and response time was amazing. I was over an hour and a half away and never once did I have to drive. Communication and getting documents to and from was simple and fast, and they arranged to come to me for closing. I really felt like everyone was very honest and had my best interest in mind through my entire refinance process. I would defiantly use this company again as well as recommend them!
