I have been working with Aimee MacIlveen for many years now. She is very knowledgeable about mortgages and really knows how to make things happen! We refinanced with Guaranty Trust about 2 years ago and got an excellent rate and excellent service! She also helped my son to buy his first home! We worked with Aimee to purchase our home this past January. Aimee was full of knowledge and truly went above and beyond what we had previously experienced in the purchase of our first home. We had multiple 'things' come up and Aimee was on top of it and communicated promptly and was able to get us to close on our home when we wanted to despite the seller delaying things. I cannot recommend Aimee at Guaranty Trust enough. As business owners, we know how hard it is to find someone you can trust to represent your business. Thus, Aimee should def be recognized for her hard work! I will use Guaranty Trust in the future when I purchase another home.

She explained the process of getting a home loan in a way we could easily understand. We knew what we could afford in terms of monthly payments, but had no idea how that translated into a home value. the only bad thing I have to say about this company, is that they sold my mortgage to Vanderbilt, the worst mortgage company I've ever delt with... :( please take me back
