I called in regarding a Ford F-150 and spoke to Jarred Clemons. From hello he was a very respectful and knowledgeable associate. I was at work at the time of the call and he was fast to answer any questions I had and offered a time to come and meet. I left work at 7 and wasn't able to make it to the location until close to 8 when the store would be closing. Jarred never once rushed us and was very helpful in getting us in the vehicle that fit best for our family. We had a wonderful experience at drive time and will highly recommend the company as well as Jarred to our friends, family, and any strangers we may encounter whom are looking to purchase a vehicle!

Smashed my hopes and dreams of getting a newer car. I applied online in January, was approved for 600 down and even spoke to a salesman. Pinched pennies and saved every dollar I could until mid March and excitedly went to get my new car. After sitting down and doing the preliminary paperwork was told that my minimum down payment was 1000. The offer that I received expired at the end of January. Even though nothing had changed on my credit report or income they required a higher down payment. Don't believe the commercials.

Previously, my review was not great due to a few moderate issues with the car. At first I was denied coverage on certain parts of the car, however DriveTime later contacted me about those issues and helped me out! I really didn't think that would happen. The car selection is good, staff is nice, and I like the basic warranty. I'd rate 4.5 stars only because I wish I could extend the time financed the car a little further, and the test drive only never got up to interstate speeds. Other than that, all has been good
