My girlfriend got a check sent to her in the mail from this company. She cashed the check and we lost our jobs. They acted like they cared and understood, they did not. All they care about is getting the money. They will threaten you every time you try and talk to them with a lawyer and coming to your work. They try to belittle you and make you feel like a child. They do not are about you. We happen to have a loan through another company and they understand and they have not been mean or threatening. This is the worst loan company anyone could deal with. Valerie is the manager at the Magnolia office and she just wants to scare you and make you feel intimidated, Kim is at the Maryville office and she just wants to yell. We will never come to them again. Please do not use this company. They do not deserve to be in business. Thank you.

Wish I could give this place a zero. This is a horrible place to have a loan through. They sent me a live check and I really needed the money at that time and stupid me cashed it, and I have been living in hell ever since. Do not take out a loan there, you will regret it, as I do! I have had other loans before and they treat you way better then these ppl at that location!

Treat even long term customers horrible rude on the phone and demand you come in to the office in person if your payment will be late a phone call is not acceptable they make you feel horrible if you have a one time reason that is making you late even after years of perfect payments the rudeness is just unneeded you would think long time customers would be treated better. Can't wait to pay it off now!!
